International Radiant & Mechanical Systems was originally founded in 1955.  In 2015 it was purchased by Scott Fleet and John Chiri who have over 50 years of combined experience in the field.

International Radiant & Mechanical Systems began as a supplier of energy efficient gas fired infrared heating systems for commercial and industrial buildings located throughout the greater Detroit, Michigan area. During the following years we have added many energy efficient industrial heating and ventilating equipment lines. This equipment includes direct and indirect fired gas make up air units, space heaters, air rotation systems, industrial exhaust/supply fans and louvers from the leading manufacturers in the industry.
